Built in 1881 under Spanish rule, the Cabo Rojo, Los Morrillos Lighthouse is perched on the edge of limestone cliffs dropping 200 feet towards the sea.

This should be the #1 rate beach in Puerto Rico, it has a nickname for “dirty” beach, but it is toally the opposite. Pristine blue waters and delicate sand with a bit more waves as it is open to the ocean with less reef protection. Truly amazing!

You will see horses pretty much everywhere in Cabo Rojo, it’s an actual form of leisure transportation. At Hacienda Paraiso you can go for a ride and take in the breath-taking mountain views.
